The fans came in immaculate condition and the month long wait was well worth it! The color is exactly what I wanted, and it matched my dressing gown perfectly! Granted, the ends of the feathers are a bit sparse, but the base is very fluffy! Please bear in mind that these fans are definitely meant for larger hands as the staves are quite bulky, which was not a problem for me as I am a 6’2 plus size drag queen, but it may be for dainty performers. Amazing overall and the construction is very sturdy to my knowledge.

The responding and the delivery was really good. The ends of the fans were a bit thin but I did order 4 and needed them by a specific time so I do understand that could have contributed to the selection of feathers. Just added one more smaller feather in between each stave to create a fuller look in the tips. Overall happy with experience

Fans are beautiful and nice quality, however the customer service is not. Waited over 30 days for my order, received no updates regarding the status. This also happened to four of my other classmates that were also waiting on orders. ($200-$300+ orders!)
Reached out via email asking about the status and the fans were shipped within 3 days, which I appreciate. However some of my classmates received no response at all, after multiple attempts.
Again, fans are beautiful but ORDER IN ADVANCE, way, way, in advance. This delay pushed us uncomfortably close to our show rehearsals. Really wish there was some notice if there were supply issues that were delaying shipments, would’ve eased a lot of anxiety!

The fans themselves are beautiful, but it took well over the estimated time to ship (March 26th ordered, finally received May 6th), and I only finally received shipping information/updates after complaining 3 separate times. I’m performing in a group of 4 and all 4 of us had the exact same issue. No information from the company until we each complained multiple times.

The fans are nice quality. I opted for the cheaper feathers so they aren’t as fluffy which is to be expected. No fault to the company as this is what was advertised. My issues with my purchase arise in my extreme dissatisfaction with customer service. The website states 20-25 day wait time before fans are shipped out. This is extremely misleading. I was waiting much longer than that and received no customer service response to help me. I heard this is the norm for this company from different burlesque performers.

The shipping was pretty delayed and without updates. The color isn’t as described either: The “blood red” is really more like a hot pink-red and the tips are shaped more pointy than round. Don’t love them but se la vie!

Well, the fans are beautiful. The website description for the product cost is very misleading. Please read the description very carefully. It looks as though you’re buying two of these fans when in fact, the price is for only one fancy feathers was very good and helping to straighten out my order with a very nice discount still, I Thoroughly expected my order was for two. Imagine my surprise to find only one in the box.
