Description
Ostrich drab feathers come from the body of the ostrich. Generally much smaller than ostrich wing plumes, ostrich drab feathers look like plumes to the untrained eye. Ostrich Drabs are more narrow than plumes, and not as tall. Their quills are softer than plume quills, and the "hairs" don't hang as much. Ostrich drab feathers are best used for small-to-medium feather centerpieces, and also costumes, masks, art and craft projects, and floral arrangements.
