SHIPPING CHARGES
All product prices displayed on FancyFeather.com exclude shipping and handling charges. Applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before your order is submitted.
International shipping charges do not include import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, VAT, GST, sales taxes, or any other governmental charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to non-payment of customs duties, taxes, fees, or failure to obtain required import permits, the customer shall be responsible for all return shipping charges, customs charges, carrier fees, and any applicable restocking fees.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Most orders are processed within the estimated processing times displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
Processing times are estimates only and do not include transit time.
Custom-dyed feathers, custom-made boas, ostrich fans, burlesque fans, special-order products, and large-volume orders may require additional production and processing time.
Orders are not considered shipped until a carrier has accepted the package and a tracking number has been generated.

• Common Freight Carriers
• Air Cargo Services
• Other Independent Couriers
We reserve the right to select the carrier and service level that best meets the shipping requirements of the order unless a specific shipping service is purchased by the customer.
TRACKING INFORMATION
A shipment confirmation and tracking number will be provided when available after the order has shipped.
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the tracking information provided.
FREE SHIPPING
Eligible orders may qualify for free domestic shipping promotions as advertised on the website.
Free shipping promotions apply only to qualifying merchandise and shipping destinations and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
CUSTOMER-ARRANGED SHIPPING
Customers may arrange their own carrier or shipping service.
A handling surcharge of $15.00 per shipment applies to customer-arranged shipments.
Customers must provide all required shipping documentation and coordinate pickup directly with their carrier.
RISK OF LOSS
Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer when the shipment is delivered to the carrier.
FancyFeather.com is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, customs delays, transportation disruptions, lost profits, event cancellations, production delays, or any indirect damages resulting from shipping delays.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Transit times provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically guaranteed by the carrier.
FancyFeather.com does not guarantee delivery dates and shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, labor disputes, security inspections, governmental actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR MISSING SHIPMENTS
Customers must inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt.
Any visible shipping damage should be reported to the carrier and FancyFeather.com within five (5) business days of delivery.
Claims for lost, damaged, or missing shipments may require photographs, documentation, and cooperation with carrier investigations.
International claims may be subject to carrier limitations and customs regulations.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Customers are solely responsible for determining whether products may legally be imported into their country and for obtaining any required permits, licenses, certificates, customs clearances, veterinary documentation, or governmental approvals.
FancyFeather.com is not responsible for customs seizures, import restrictions, permit requirements, customs delays, or the refusal of entry by any governmental authority.
Returned international shipments are subject to applicable return shipping charges, customs fees, carrier fees, and restocking fees.
FORCE MAJEURE
FancyFeather.com shall not be liable for delays or failures in shipment caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, customs inspections, governmental actions, supplier shortages, power outages, or carrier service interruptions.
