Shipping was super fast! This is my 4th purchase of bulk ostrich eggs... as usual, they arrived quickly AND in pristine condition. Always individually boxed with cushioning around each egg. They put all of the individual boxes together in a big box, always a snug fit and lots of cushioning so there's no chance of them rattling around and breaking... the large box is always marked FRAGILE all over it. I will continue to come back again and again to this company for ostrich eggs for my artwork. Keep up the great work Fancy Feather!

The eggs themselves are great, which is typical for Fancy Feather, and their customer service was excellent when one arrived broken—they promptly sent a replacement. However, I am leaving three stars instead of five due to significant logistics issues. I was charged an extra $9.99 for FedEx shipping, but the item was shipped via UPS instead. To make matters worse, it was delivered to the wrong address. A kind neighbor fortunately dropped it off to me, but the UPS tracking scan was completely inaccurate, showing it as "still coming" two days later when it was already misdelivered elsewhere. The product is high quality, but I hope Fancy Feather works on correcting these shipping and logistics discrepancies for future orders.
