Description
Ostrich drab feathers come from the body of the ostrich. Generally much smaller than ostrich wing plumes, ostrich drab feathers look like plumes to the untrained eye. Ostrich Drabs are more narrow than plumes, and not as tall. Their quills are softer than plume quills, and the "hairs" don't hang as much. Ostrich drab feathers are best used for small-to-medium feather centerpieces, and also costumes, masks, art and craft projects, and floral arrangements.

Your service and shipping are THE BEST I have encountered! The feathers arrived so much quicker than I've gotten from anyone, and the packaging, which is SO crucial to do correctly (and so many dont bother) was superlative!! They are longer than they appear in this image, as I double them for more fullness. And the color is +perfect+!
I bought these feathers for my outdoor porch floor vase.. I chose Tiffany blue and they matched perfectly to the vase. Attached is the picture of my finished product!! Looks great!'would purchase again.

I ordered the white drab feathers to use in a smaller centerpiece for the same event as the plumes. The plumes are a beautiful bright white but the drab are a dirty, dingy white. Pretty disappointed in the drab feathers.

Ostrich feathers I ordered 12 floss feathers, 12 short drab, and 24 long drab in ivory and 12 plumes in black. Feathers range in quality some i would give 3 stars and some are perfect and deserve 5 so i averaged at 4 stars for the overall purchase of these times. Customer service conctact was non existent and I recommend for this company to work on this aspect. I spent quite a bit of money and had read other reviews about buyers receiving damaged product. This got me very nevous about my order, especially after I could not get in contact with the company. Overall i am very pleased with my purchase.

Beyond gorgeous! I ordered 14-16” ostrich feather drabs in Bone, as well as fringe, to make my own angel wings for my boudoir photography business. I caught a sale (yay!) and the time to delivery was so much better than other sources I had researched. I got my feathers about 4 weeks after I ordered them (2 weeks to get ready to ship and 2 weeks in transit.) They are gorgeous! Top quality. I built my wings on Monday and Tuesday, and today (Thursday) had my first shoot with a client. She was giddy and the images are breathtaking. I’m already thinking about what color I need to build next :)
