Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Selected shipping method

  • Number of items ordered

All product prices displayed on our website exclude shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Custom-made, dyed, or made-to-order products may require additional production time. Estimated lead times will be communicated where applicable.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, returned because customs duties or taxes were not paid, or cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping information, any refund will be reduced by:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Return shipping charges

  • Customs fees

  • Brokerage charges

  • Any additional carrier costs incurred

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

FancyFeather.com cannot be responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

Customer-Supplied Shipping Accounts

Customers may choose to use their own courier account or freight forwarder.

A handling fee of $15.00 USD applies to shipments collected by customer-arranged carriers.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing all shipping documentation

  • Scheduling collection

  • Ensuring their carrier collects the shipment within the agreed timeframe

Packaging

Our feather products are carefully packaged to protect their quality during transit.

Depending on the products ordered, feathers may be packaged in protective cartons, tubes, or other suitable packaging designed to minimise damage during shipping.

Some feather products may naturally require light steaming or gentle fluffing after unpacking due to normal compression during transport.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

Please retain all original packaging and provide photographs of:

  • The damaged products

  • The shipping carton

  • The shipping label

  • Any visible external damage

We will work with the carrier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
