This boa is fluffier towards the center, with the downy soft part of the wispy feather gradually flattening out near the last 4 outer inches. Oh my gosh I highly recommend this boa! Perfect for taller and full figured people. Excellent for stage performances, drag queens, burlesque dancers, showgirls, red hat ladies, carnivals, and anywhere that needs some serious flare. Warning: A petite person may be overwhelmed by this boa!
