Bleached and dyed Peacock eye feathers are bleached and then dyed that makes the feather color more vibrant, but fades the natural colors of the eye) The stems/quills can easily be cut with scissors for wedding invitations, crafts, hair accessories, jewelry making, floral arrangements and a vast variety of stunning uses.
